LibreQR's dynamic QR codes include scan statistics to help you understand how your code is performing. Static codes don't offer this information, since they don't go through LibreQR's servers when scanned.
What you can see in the statistics
- Total number of scans: how many times your QR code has been scanned since you created it.
- Activity over time: how scans are distributed across days, so you can spot peaks in activity.
This data updates automatically every time someone scans your code, without you having to do anything.
How to check a code's statistics
- Log in to your LibreQR account.
- Go to the list of your QR codes from your dashboard.
- Select the dynamic code you want to see statistics for.
- Open the statistics or scans section for that code.
What are these statistics useful for?
They let you check whether a QR code printed on a poster, packaging, or a card is actually being used, compare the performance of different codes or campaigns, and decide whether it's worth keeping that material or updating it.
Keep in mind that only dynamic codes generate statistics: if you need to measure the use of your QR code, make sure to create it as dynamic from the start.
